Are your products natural and is the shelf life shorter than other commercial brands?

Yes, our products are 100% natural. They are handcrafted with botanical plant-based ingredients carefully sourced from Australia. There is absolutely ZERO chemical, paraben, Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLS), animal fats, artificial fragrance and artificial preservatives.

Since our products do not contain any chemicals or artificial preservatives, they certainly have a shorter shelf life compared to other non-natural commercial brands. Hence, we have taken the measure to ensure that our products are handcrafted in small batch or sometimes made-to-order. Generally, our products can last from 8 months up to 24 months depending on the type of products. 

Are your products HALAL?

All our products are made of botanical/plant-based ingredients sourced mainly from Australia. They are produced or repacked in Malaysia. As none of our products contain any animal fats, our products are considered “HALAL”. In saying that, we are in the process of obtaining our HALAL certification.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship certain product range worldwide especially products that are not oil-based. However, shipping costs are borne by customers.
