Juniper Berry essential oil is known as a powerful detoxifier and immune system booster, juniper berry plants originate from Bulgaria and have a long history of naturally helping prevent both short- and long-term illnesses.

When used for its aroma has a calming and grounding effect and can also be diffused to help cleanse and purify the air. Applied topically (diluted), Juniper Berry essential oil acts as a natural skin toner and reduces the appearance of skin blemishes.

How to use:

1. Juniper Berry essential oil pairs well with Bergamot essential oil. They will enhance the benefits of this aromatic fusion by providing a calming and uplifting effect. Together, this blend will enhance positive feelings and create a calming atmosphere.  Add 3 drops of Juniper Berry essential oil & 4 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil to every 200ml water and diffuse it with a Aromatherapy Diffuser .

2. Place a few drops of Juniper Berry essential oil onto a Aromatherapy Necklace/Pendant .

3. For bath or foot bath, add a few drops of Juniper Berry essential oil into bathtub or bucket containing warm water.

4. Carefully dilute with any carrier oil such as jojoba, almond or coconut oil and use it as a body massage oil or face oil. Enquire within for dilution ratios.

Note: Store away from heat or direct sunlight. Always dilute with carrier oil as concentrated essential oil will burn your skin if applied directly. Always perform a patch test for skin sensitivity.
