How to use:

2. When you’re feeling nauseous or anxious, dab a small amount of mandarin essential oil onto your wrists and the back of your neck (diluted with a carrier oil especially if you have sensitive skin).

3. Place a few drops of mandarin essential oil onto a Aromatherapy Necklace/Pendant to keep the refreshing scent with you all day!
