How to use:

1. Diffuse rosemary essential oil an hour a day around your home or office by using an Aromatherapy Diffuser or Ceramic Plate Diffuser.

2. Mix 3 drops of rosemary essential oil with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil (or any other carrier oil) and rub on upper neck to improve memory, relieves muscle pain and detox liver/gallbladder function.

3. Place a few drops of rosemary essential oil onto a Aromatherapy Necklace/Pendant to keep the woody scent with you all day!

4. Hair Thickener – Put 5 drops of rosemary essential oil on scalp and massage in after showers.
